By signing up for OneLink you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the links you create and the destinations you point them to.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but we will honor mistakes — email billing@oneli.nk.

• Free plan: no payment required, capped at 25 links / 100k clicks per month
• Paid plans: monthly or annual, charged in USD or EUR
• Tax: VAT/GST/sales tax added based on your billing country

You retain ownership of the URLs you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display them strictly to operate the service. We do not look at your links unless required to enforce these Terms or by law.

We target 99.99% monthly uptime for the edge resolver and 99.95% for the dashboard. Scale plan customers receive service credits for missed targets as described in their order form. The live status page is the authoritative record.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneLink's aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either of us may end this agreement at any time. We will give you 30 days' notice unless you've materially breached the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, in which case we may suspend immediately. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
